The links below will take you
to a state-level information and support organization,
or, if there is no state-level organization known, to
a list of nonsectarian support groups known by the webmaster
to be in that state. If there are no organizations listed
for your state, try the state closest to you; for example,
people living in eastern California would try Nevada
or Arizona.
To
add a state-level organization or individual that maintains
a listing of all support groups within that state, please
submit the following information by email:
- Organization or Individual Name
- State
- Web site address
To
add an individual support group, please submit by email:
This
will be done when there is no existing state-level listing
(a centralized website listing all known support groups
within a specific state, such as California
CFS & FMS Support Groups, which lists all known
groups in California). If there is a state-level listing,
information needed to add a support group for that state
should be submitted to the webmaster of the organization
who is maintaining that state-level listing.
- State
- County
- Support Group Name
- Email contact information
- Web site address
- Snail mail contact information (if no email or
website is available)

Support
For
those who are homebound (as most of us are from time to
time), there are many online support groups functioning
by email lists or "groups". Some may be limited
regionally, while on others you may find yourself 'talking'
with people from around the country - and from other countries.
The locations and names of these lists change from time
to time as moderators/listnannies change and other free
service providers offer new opportunities. Check out the
Health,
Self-Help,
and Support
areas on the following list/group sites to see if there
are any CFS, FM, or ME, groups that interest you.
